These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the DUYSER Creator website, desktop application, and connected publishing features. By using DUYSER Creator, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the service

DUYSER Creator provides tools that help creators prepare and publish their own content, or content they are otherwise authorized to publish, through supported connected services. The user remains responsible for reviewing post information and confirming each publishing action.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the age and account requirements of each connected service you use. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and connected accounts and for all actions you authorize through DUYSER Creator.

3. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you own the content you choose to publish or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to publish it. You must not use DUYSER Creator to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DUYSER Creator to:

• publish content you do not own or have permission to use;
• mislead users about the source or ownership of content;
• spam, harass, impersonate, or deceive others;
• circumvent platform restrictions, security controls, rate limits, or account permissions;
• use the service in violation of applicable law or the terms of a connected platform;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to credentials, accounts, systems, or data.

5. Publishing controls

Where supported, DUYSER Creator presents account information and available post settings so the creator can review them before publishing. The creator is responsible for selecting appropriate privacy and interaction settings and for providing explicit confirmation before content is sent.

6. Third-party platforms

Connected services are provided by third parties and are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, display, or retain a submitted post.

7. Service availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of DUYSER Creator when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or product development. Connected platform changes may also require updates to the application.

8. Security

You must not attempt to reverse engineer security controls, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, or use DUYSER Creator to compromise another user's account or device.

9. Disclaimers

DUYSER Creator is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every upload will be accepted by a connected platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DUYSER Creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party platform decisions, or content published by a user.

11. Suspension or termination

Access may be limited or terminated if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, threatens service security, or creates material legal or compliance risk. Users may stop using DUYSER Creator at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or connected platform changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published.
